Acute Paediatric Arrhythmia Course

‘‘Knowledge is not power, applied knowledge is.’’

Dale Carnegie

Join us in London in the middle of a stunning natural park for a one-day, in-person course led by an expert faculty of paediatric electrophysiologists, focusing on the practical management of arrhythmias in neonates, infants and children. This builds on the knowledge and skills gained from the Essential Paediatric ECG Course.

The faculty will work through a series of interactive real-life case scenarios, with emphasis on the acute step-by-step management of neonatal and paediatric arrhythmias. The interactive discussion format will allow participants to fully understand the pearls and pitfalls in arrhythmia management in various settings ranging from the emergency department, intensive care unit, inpatient ward and outpatient clinic. These case-based discussions will be further consolidated by a few short lectures. The day concludes with a Rapid Fire Quiz which promises to provide a bit of competitive fun before an ‘Ask the Panel’ session, an open forum to share and discuss tips and tricks with our faculty.

The course is limited to 50 participants and basic ECG knowledge is required to gain the most from this day. Lunch, snacks and refreshments are provided.
